FRENCHIE (real name Kevin Sciou) was born in southern France in 1980 to the sweet sounds of his daddy's record collection, somewhere in between Stax & Chess records. Add to that some of the British Invasion's finest including some mighty fine American Boogie Blues Rock of the 70's and there you have it! He picked up his first Guitar at the age of 12 and by 13 was already playing bars and dives in and around his hometown trying to recreate the sounds he heard growing up. School wasn't working out for him so he picked up a job in a music store. Soon enough he felt it was time to move on and he did! Going to London at the age of 19, by the time 2001 came along his eyes were set to the US of A!!! He made the move later on that year and ended up in Los Angeles California. There he met Shooter Jennings and promptly joined his Rock'n'Roll band Stargunn. They lasted 2 years before parting ways. Meanwhile he met his dad, the late great Waylon Jennings. Waylon believed in him and gave him the confidence to do what he's still doing today, taking no prisoners guitar in hand. Frenchie has toured the country for the past 10 years with numerous bands and for the past four years has been the main staple as Jack Ingram's lead Guitarist.
